Language barrier for English speakers was the biggest challenge. Very simple edits took a long time to complete because he was not understanding what we were asking to have changed. Therefore the timeline to complete the video was two weeks past our initial agreement. I recommend the seller listing his native language so he can attract more clients who can communicate more effectively their edits and the seller can provide the requests to his clients in a timely fashion. Other than the time agreement and challenge with the communication, we feel pleased with the finished product, besides the watermark of the footage he used on our video from another company.
